REGIMENT is proud to announce the promotions of three of its standout leaders: Mario Pompeo, Andrew “Oakley” Wiley, and Kyle "Kai" Drury, each elevated to roles that further catalyze growth and impact within the organization.
Mario Pompeo has officially joined the REGIMENT Board of Directors, bringing with him a wealth of leadership experience and a deep commitment to supporting the military gaming community. Known for his strategic mindset, operational expertise, and passion for veteran advocacy, Pompeo adds meaningful strength to REGIMENT’s mission of empowering U.S. service members and veterans through gaming, community, and connection.
Oakley, a longtime community pillar and veteran, has been named Chief Development Officer and joined REGIMENT’s Board of Directors. In his expanded role, Oakley will steer fundraising, strategic partnerships, and program expansion efforts—helping drive mission alignment across all of REGIMENT’s initiatives.

In this exciting chapter of REGIMENT, Kai has also received a well-earned promotion to Chief Operations Officer, reflecting REGIMENT’s commitment to elevating talent from within. His new leadership role is expected to amplify internal operations, community engagement, and program delivery across the organization.
